The well-known publisher consults its users on Instagram for their favorite beaches in Spain: Ses Illetes (Formentera), Las Catedrales beach (Ribadeo) and Torimbia (Asturias) occupy the podium.
Lonely Planet has spent a few days posing a difficult question to its followers on Instagram: which is the best beach in Spain? Well, after the qualifying rounds in which sixteen beaches, the round of 16, the quarter-finals, the semifinal and the corresponding final have participated, the winner was Ses Illetes , in Formentera.
In the grand final, a very Mediterranean beach, such as Ses Illetes, and another from the Cantabrian, such as Playa de las Catedrales , in Ribadeo, Lugo, disputed this recognition .
